Nestled on a three-acre lot just 15 minutes from the conveniences of Lexington, offering the best of both worlds. The property features a park-like front yard, an expansive acre of grass perfect for growing food, and a wild, wooded area in the back. With plans for a privacy fence and additional tree plantings, this space will evolve into a secluded "secret garden" setting.

We plan to add amenities like a swimming pool and a sand volleyball court, creating an ideal setting for both serene contemplation and social connection. A stage and amphitheater is a possibility as well.
